Who we are
ROSSO INMOBILIARIA first opened for business in 1976 and has since based its subsequent growth on the knowledge of the real estate market, experience in the administration and sale of entire real estate projects and the successful identification of available land for exclusive residential developments.
ROSSO is now composed of a substantial work force of highly qualified professionals combining both youth and experience.
The organisational side of ROSSO has developed hand in hand with the company’s growth, which has been considerable since 1994. This has led to the company extending its geographical scope, creating new lines of business and opening new departments.
In the year 2000, with over twenty projects on the market by different developers, and in order to make the delivery and after sales processes more efficient, our Customer Service Department was created as an extension of the services already on offer to property developers and purchasers alike.
More recently, we created our International Sales Department,focusing specifically on improving our property development sales service at a European level for second homes along the Mediterranean Coast.
We are also committed to the development of new project Management services for up and coming property developers looking to optimise their organisational structure. Proof of this is our Project Implementation Department, created in order to take care of the architectural, technical, safety assurance, management and works coordination aspects.
