Quality Policy
ROSSO INMOBILIARIA was founded 30 years ago, with one clear aim: that of providing professional real estate services offering consultancy both to property developers and purchasers. Our thorough knowledge of the sector in general, our capacity to adapt to changing cycles, and our specific knowledge of the market on the Costa del Sol has allowed ROSSO INMOBILIARIA since 1994 to develop a growth and expansion plan which we have gradually consolidated up to the present day.
A carefully planned combination of youth and experience, a high level of professional and academic training, together with the fact that we have constant access to external specialist professional consultants in the various areas in which we operate, allow us to guarantee a distinct and innovative quality service.
All members of the organisation work in accordance with a set of objectives established and committed to by each individual, and reviewed by the company management. These objectives focus both on the growth of the
company and the quality of the services and performance we offer in our daily work.

In order to meet our objective of providing a quality service, we set up sales offices at the property development sites themselves, and in the year 2000 created our Customer Service Department, providing us with even more detailed knowledge of the issues facing purchasers, while also offering clients the guarantee of a job well done and properly supervised. This department is also responsible for passing on the concerns and requirements of purchasers to the property developers with whom we work. |
Management continuously plans and provides internal and external training for workers and teams on an ongoing basis, in order to ensure that they are fully prepared to cooperate in providing solutions to the administrative processes we deal with.
We provide our sales negotiators with the experience of an organisation based on team work through weekly meetings at which the problems, solutions and the progress of each sales office are shared.

An essential requirement for us is the ongoing monitoring of our Quality Policy to ensure that it is always up-to-date. Our commitment is to the people who place their trust in us, both those taking the important decision to acquire a property, and the companies who place in our hands their considerable investment, along with the human team which makes up ROSSO INMOBILIARIA.

The company management wishes through this statement to inform both its clients and its employees, of our corporate commitment:
1. To uphold an appropriate climate in order that each and every individual on the workforce should feel satisfied in his or her position, with the inevitably positive effect this will have on their own well-being and that of our clients. |
2. To comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, along with the importance of meeting customer demands. Whilst management delegates responsibility for the implementation, development and ongoing improvement of its quality system through its Quality Control Officer, it is aware that the ultimate responsibility for obtaining quality certification lies within the management itself, and in this regard makes and will continue to make available the human, technical and financial resources necessary in order to achieve targets in this area.
