Based at its head office in Malaga, ROSSO INMOBILIARIA is currently engaged in real estate services in the Malaga, Benalmadena, Marbella, Madrid, Valladolid, Ávila, Murcia and Seville, with plans in the medium-term to establish a presence in every area of the country where the market is active.

Our latest venture has been the creation of ROSSO International Real Estate in Gibraltar, conceived to further develop the group internationally. We have secured premises in a prime location within Gibraltar’s busy Main Street where we will base our sales team specializing in new off-plan developments and re-sales, both in the local and Spanish markets.

Our specialized Lettings Division will be housed in additional offices in King Street and have recruited a selection of professional individuals with proven track records and a wealth of local knowledge.

This expertise coupled with the financial and administrative backing of the group and our tried and tested “know how” gives us a recipe for success we are confident will mark a ‘ before and after ‘ in Gibraltar’s property market.
