The rental market in Gibraltar moves very fast and we feel that it is important you should know exactly what to expect so when the right property is identified you can secure it without any surprises.

You could find properties which are furnished or not and the minimum term would be 6 months although many of our landlords will only consider 12 months contract.

The contract you will enter with us, will stipulate a 1 month termination notice either way. As a rule of thumb, you will be expected to provide 1or 2 months deposit and 1 month in advance.

Should your family include pets, we recommend you to inform us at an early stage as some landlords will not allow them and I’m sure you will agree we wouldn’t want to be wasting any valuable time.

Although the terms and conditions to rent in Spain are quite similar, the properties themselves are very different.
