Established in Spain for over 30 years, the ROSSO Group identified that our continued growth internationally could be further enhanced, by tapping into Gibraltar's property market.
Having completed an extensive study of Gibraltar's property market and after testing the waters with our latest luxury development in Alcaidesa's Golf and Beach Resort, ROSSO was now committed to Gibraltar. Committed to become the first International Real Estate firm to venture into Gibraltar, bringing our expertise with us. Far from being some sort of franchise, the new company was incorporated in September 2006 to trade as ROSSO International Real Estate.

It was obvious from the start that we would require more than the financial and technical support of the group, in order for it to become a success within such a competitive market. With this in mind, during the following months we invested in personnel, recruiting top performers within the industry and in doing so absorbing a wealth of local knowledge and experience into the group. |

| Once the best positioned commercial premises for our line of business on Gibraltar’s Main Street was acquired, we commissioned Space Interiors for a complete refurbishment of the premises, their track record of quality works locally, preceding them. Additionally, the leading service providers in terms of legal practice, banking, accounting etc. have all been involved from the outset, ensuring every aspect has been taken care of with the highest level of professionalism.
